Lena is an executive coach specializing in leadership-, executive-, career-, and globalization coaching.

In her career, Lena has built two global HR organizations: one in a global tech scale-up and one for a worldwide Medical Device company. She is an Angel Investor, chair of the Board of one of the start-ups, Recruitio. In addition, she is chair of the Board for the nonprofit 'American Friends for the National Museum' (AFSMK) and chair of the Board of Vibeke Rørvigs Ballet Foundation. Furthermore, Lena is a Global Advisor for the international, US-based, nonprofit organization World Pulse.
