PWN Nice-Côte d'Azur - Partner Event with EDHEC-The evolution of the management role, from manager to leader

PWN Nice Cote D’azur in partnership with EDHEC organizes this event where we are happy to welcome our speaker, Franck Vu Hong.

Franck Vu Hong is 45 and has an engineering background and after having worked more than 10 years in Industry and Services as a manager, he founded Aepsilon, a company specialized in digital consulting and services. He had the ambition to create a meaningful business ecosystem, cleaned up from toxic agents such as nonsense decisions, complex processes, power games, ego war and politics. At Aepsilon, they have abolished the traditional management 4 years ago and have switched to an organization inspired by the concept of « Entreprise Libérée » theorized by Isaac Getz and « Teal organizations » theorized by Frédéric Laloux.
