PWN Nice Cote d'Azur in Partnership with Amadeus: From Playing Small to Leading Big

We are aware of many of the external barriers to women's advancement, but are we bringing light to the interior barriers as well? 

Our community is full of talented women, but do they see their own talents? Are they acting on those talents? If they are not, what is the cost? 

The purpose of this dynamic conference is to support the women of our region to:

• feel more confident
• be more willing to share their unique ideas and questions
• be less afraid of criticism, and less attached to praise
• be more powerful communicators
• have tools to quiet their inner critic, and listen more acutely to their intuition and inner wisdom
• have a greater sense of how they have been playing safe, and what it means for them to lead more authentically
• have a stronger sense of their talents, strengths, and value, and are willing to share them more completely for the betterment of their organization and community. 

We will first start with uncovering the top 3 hidden fears that women face when it comes to leading. 

Then we will move into the 5 different ways that these fears manifest in our daily work and personal life; in the voice of our inner critic, in the words that we choose to use, in how we respond to both praise and criticism, in our avoidance techniques, and inner tendency to listen too much, and lead too little.

This event is organized in conjunction with our partner, Amadeus, and will be held at the Amadeus Sophia Campus. It is free to all PWN Nice Members, or 20€ for non-members.
