Too often, we as women, give so much of ourselves that we have nothing left at the end of the day. No time to do what we want. 

This month, Theresa Destrebecq is going to facilitate a discussion on how we can create more time for ourselves to do what we enjoy. This will not be a stand and deliver luncheon, but instead she will guide us through some exercises and discussions so that we can leave the luncheon with a solid plan for how we can re-organize our time better, creating more space for ourselves. (Please bring paper and a pen.)
