Decades ago, the conversation around women in the workplace would have been largely about the fact that women were entirely underrepresented. Thanks to ongoing battles for women’s rights and a continuous push for diversity in the corporate world, that is now far less of a concern. But that certainly doesn’t mean that the issue is resolved.
