The workshop will be led by Reni Horvath, a Dipl. Health Improvement Manager, Personal trainer, RYT-500 Yoga instructor. In addition to her business, Reni is a university lecturer and mental health mentor.
She will guide you through simple stretching movements and relaxation techniques to the effects of digital fatigue and prolonged sitting.
After participating, you will be equipped with tools to help you de-stress, relieve pain, energise your body and improve your posture throughout your day.
What you need to:
CHAIR: any chair, preferably without wheels
LOCATION: behind your work desk, it's good to have about an arm's length of space in every direction
CLOTHING: casual wear you would typically wear while working in the office or while working from home; preferably no skirts.
